Principal’s Message

A man with graying hair and a mustache smiles at the camera.Hello Laureate Park Family,

As we wrap up another incredible school year at Laureate Park Elementary, we want to wish all of our students and families a fun, safe, and memorable summer vacation!

Our school mascot is the distinguished Longhorn. This majestic creature is characterized by its strength, resilience, and connection to the herd. Our scholars, staff, and community are strong because of the dedication and work ethic of each of its members. We are resilient because of our commitment to continually push forward and strive for excellence. We carry in our hearts a deep connection to the Laureate Park herd, and we are honored by the achievements that have distinguished our community throughout the year.

As you enjoy your summer adventures, take time to relax, make wonderful memories, and continue learning and growing along the way. We are already looking forward to welcoming our Longhorns back for another outstanding school year on Tuesday, August 11th.

Please mark your calendars for Meet the Teacher on Thursday, August 6th. Specific times and additional back-to-school information will be shared as we get closer to the start of the school year.

Thank you for a fantastic year. Have a wonderful summer, Longhorns, we can't wait to see you back in August!

With Longhorn Pride,

Jose Perez-Valentin, Ed.S.
